You’d be surprised how refined my taste is. I’ve conquered curry, succeeded at soup, and my chili is award-winning. Mac & cheese is just kicking my ass.

I started with a roux. I’m an excellent roux maker! But I still end up with a gloppy, not so creamy mess.

The only one I really buy is Richard Katz. But I am having a tough time swallowing all this “love for Walter” stuff. Why? Walter’s kind of an annoying martyr.
