I also suggest reading Scott McCloud’s “Understanding Comics-The Invisible Art”.

I don’t care if you’ve never read a comic, dabble, or make them for a living, the book is a must read for all. It will certainly help you develop a more critical eye.

I’m re-reading “Road to Perdition” now. Great, great GN. nuff said.
