The only thing that’s keeping me from NOT voting for him is the fact that I think McCain and Palin are in cahoots with Satan.

I can’t wait for this hell to be over. Who knew New Hamster was such a freakin’ battleground state where the Democratic candidates feel they have to drive the registered Democrats nuts in order to secure their votes?

A handsome black man in tour party speaks up to say that he doesn’t know anybody and how will we be reunited if the people of the boat get separated and wants to know if we shouldn’t have name tags so we can identify each other of the same party. I tell him that since i’m in his party and have the same dilemma he has of not being able to recognize the individual trees within the huge forest of trees that i’ll remember him because he will be memorable to me and he can just remember me because i stand out in the crowd because i’m alone and together we’ll be able to find some of the other members of our group and it’ll be fine. Then, the ship is being sailed alongside a rocky coast. Like a WALL of stone and i’m on the other side of the ship in my little rowboat between the wall of rock and the ship. The water looks cool and inviting (it reminds of the Dells in Wisconsin). I ask the tour guide (beautiful black woman) if there are sharks in the water that i need to be concerned about and she indicates that there ARE sharks and i need to keep my limbs out of the water but they’re not overly aggressive so they won’t jump out of the water at me. I’m a bit apprehensive because of my recent fight with the great white in the last dream chapter.

What do you think my dream means? I had it shortly before the Dem primaries and it was the deciding factor for me in casting my vote then for the person i wanted to represent the dems in the election. It’s been a wonder to watch him bring people of all ages and colors and backgrounds together. I feel we’re on the threshold of a new age! As this election has unfolded, i’ve revisited the dream many times. If “socialism” was the worst of the great white sharks, this ship is going to reach port safely i believe. :o)

Two reasons why I’m excited for this election: the hope the Barack Obama instills in people, and it’s also my first time being able to vote in a presidential election. In 2004 I was four months too young.

So having cast my ballot, all I can do is wait with baited breath.
