I got it out of the library today (she’s buddies w / Barry Lyga, my new favorite YA author), and it’s AMAZING. I have three pages left, and I don’t want to finish it. There’s a reporter in it, a girl, who’s like 6′ tall and raises all kinds of hell with the local status quo.

I totally thought of you!

Now I’m going to go finish it while I watch Barack clean house with electoral votes. I haven’t cried yet, but I suspect I will before the night is over.

And lucky enough to arrive during a quiet time. My husband showed up at the poll at 7:15 this morning and had to wait nearly 90 minutes. And now, concentrating hard on that hope and waiting for the results to start rollign in.
