I saw the Rick play RibFest a few years ago…perhaps your sis-in-law and friend were a few of the MILFs screaming little kids in front of the stage?

And I was only 11 in 1977…I was so freaked out that we sat way back in the nose-bleeds (it was my mom and one other parent with 5 kids)…among all the stoners.

One of the (few) good things about being older and having expendable income is I can now see whoever I want almost whenever I want. I’m on a mission to see every band I’ve missed (and that still tour) and every band I like. If they come to Houston and I’m not committed to doing something with the kids or family, I’m there. Last year, I finally got to see the Psychedelic Furs, DEVO, and AFOS. I totally felt like I was 16 again, too. 🙂
