Until she couldn’t breath. I got her to emergency where they suctioned out her trachea and then kept her for 3 days in case they needed to do it again. They discharged her yesterday and I had the chance to bitch to myself in the kitchen that I was doing all the work while my kids (living!) and my husband (also living) watched some dumb Will Farrell movie. Hopefully not so drmatic, but something will remind your sisters what matters. Meanwhile, hang in there.
