That’s why some people take Nyquil and whatnot to sleep –it’s the Benadryl in it that makes you tired.

I know you have long term sleep problems, and maybe you have tried this. But FYI.

If you have been laying in bed a half hour, not sleeping, take a Benadryl. One more half hour, take another Benadryl (or an Atavan!)

I am a champion sleeper, but during a really horrible time in my life that is what I had to do, and it works.
