I am in NYC, and can barely afford rent. If I get TiVo, I will never leave the apartment, and then the point of living in NYC is moot.

Pausing TV and whatnot is nice, but Tivo really is where it’s at with its enhanced functionality. Lilke, when it comes to using the Wishlists to grab stuff automagically. Now I catch Penn & Teller whenever they are on TV, even in guest appearances on sitcoms and/or late night talk shows.

I’ve had Tivo for almost 4 years now. It feels weird to watch regular TV now…even frustraiting when you’re over at someone’s house and you have to wait for a commercial to get up and run to the kitchen and whatnot.
