They pretty much always suck in terms of service, but for some reason I kept going back. We recently bought a stereo for Tracey’s car, spending the extra $$ only to get the MP3 capability (which we were only able to test because there was another customer there with the cd and some knowledge about car stereos).

To keep a long story a little shorter, our friendly incompetent gave us the wrong player (one that didn’t support MP3). We just realized the other day when trying to get one to play.

Have you thought about driving into the city to get it at Electric Fetus?
