Fred is bitchypoo’s husband, he doesn’t have an apparent relation to the Outlaw, because the Outlaw is Tim.

Tim was mentioned in Joanne’s blog, which was cited in bitchypoo’s blog and the attendant comments. I have tried to read something of Tim, but his site, Timlandia, seems to be no more. Also, I don’t know if my computer is too slow or too many people are trying to read Joanne’s site, or I’m not a member, but I can’t read her blog about The Outlaw’s (Tim’s)betrayal.
