Personally, during intercourse, I like a 10 count cycle; You start with 10 deep strokes, then 9 deep strokes and 1 shallow stroke, 8 deep strokes and 2 shallow, 7 long and 3 shallow, 6 and 4, 5 and 5, etc…

Speed the rythmn of the strokes as you advance the number of shallow strokes. After you reach 10 shallow, reverse the count and incorporate deeper strokes slowing the rythmn accordingly. I find I’m usually to wrapped in the blissful sensations themselves that my own orgasm is put on hold until I hear and feel my partner’s own release. Her orgasm usually triggers mine, making the release a shared experience.

The concept is tantric, really; The orgasm ends intercourse therefore you simply suppress it and let those pre-orgasmic energies flow through your body. Then, when the time is appropriate (after a number of hours or so) you can release those energies in pure bliss all at once, or over a period of hours. You can even release those energies long after the actual act has been consumated.

Personally though, I think there’s still a place for headboard banging, obscenity spewing, sheet ripping, carnal, basic sex.
