That said, About the Author disappointed me like I can’t even tell you. I thought it sounded like the most excellent story, and it sort of is, but the style was so off-putting. Such a weird remove. Like reading a summary instead of a story. And he was so concerned with tying things up neatly that he didn’t stray at all into anything interesting.

I read it about a year ago and I’m still feeling bitter.

Oh, and if you read the book Amazon recommends with it, Lit Life, and admire that, I will lose a little faith in you.

But more the most part, I’m okay with your musical tastes. Go Mats.
