Depending on where it is, it can feel like almost heartburn, or it’ll just be an ache right after you eat. If it hurts high up, right under your diaphragm, it could be an ulcer. If it’s lower, it could be intestinal cramps (meaning you need a good poop, as my doctor used to say to me). I shoulda been a doctor.
