Go to the store and get some soup, bread, Juice and Alergy cream. Rub some cream on your itchy spot and don’t touch it.

The juice and soup is good to get your blood sugar back up. If I don’t eat I just feel like crap I don’t get hungry I just get lethargic and shitty feeling.
