I keep that one anonymous with no names, no reference to my regular site, nothin…just a hotmail address if people *need* to reach me from there (of course i barely check that address).

only problem is, if somebody i know in person finds it, i’m royally…umm..yeah…fill in whatever word you like after that.

There are some things I just HAVE to write, yet that I don’t WANT to put out in the open. Very deep, traumatic, dark, creepy stuff.

You could send out an email to subscribers, notifying them about a new post on your site – but also, maybe include some stuff you wouldn’t normally publish to the world. Plus, by making people request a subscription, you could control who your audience is . . .
