					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m sorry.  I&#039;ve lost more friends and mentors to layoffs than I&#039;d like to remember.  I know what you&#039;re going through, and the best thing I can suggest is to embrace your grief.  It&#039;s real, and won&#039;t go away by wishing it.  Go through your mourning process, take some time off if you need to.  I took a couple days off when my favorite project manager got axed, and felt much better than the time before when I lost my manager.  I wish there was an easy way to go through it, but there isn&#039;t.  Good luck!
