First off all of you need to go back to 7th grade English class, if you are even out of 7th grade yet. On the subject of “punk” I’m sure everyone who commented things such as
“im really sick of those stupid “straight edge” brats who think its so cool that they r doing what mommy told them to do in the first place. no sex, no drugs, no drinking……ya thats rebelling againist the system!!!!!” If you could pick through the misspelling and terrible grammar in that then I am sure you also saw the amazing amount of ignorance in this comment. As for straight edge at lest it is not CONFORMING [Yes conforming, I’m sure all you are is a fucking conformed “punk”] to the “Punk” way of life, of drinking yourself to death and using cool drugs! I’m sure you have a fucking stupid vest full of studs and bands that are SO punk. [Such as The Casualties who are musically talent less! but hell they have cool pants and hair, they are punk!] I’m sure you have a super cool mohawk as well. Wait no why would you guys do that, I mean “Punk is dead!? Once you grow up you will see how things in the real world work. It will be a slap in the face.

oh just the fuck up…all of you. punk is dead to the world but not to the punks and when you stand up and say “punks not dead!” long after thats been said your just defending the world punk is rebelling against so why dont you all just shut the fuck up because not one of you know why punk happened and why it needs to be here and now more than ever.

Punk now just lives on us,I gotta admit that, and thats what really matters, that u know what u believe in. Even if everything has changed since punk came out, the issues of society and everything.

I wouldn’t go as far as to say punk is dead; but it sure as hell is stagnant. I mean, it hasn’t changed in 20 fucking years. Besides, if you go to a “punk rock” concert, all your gonna see is 15-20 people with mohawks and studded jackets with patches all over them (and somehow they still claim to be “indivuals” despite the fact they all look alike). I guess all I’m trying to say is what’s the point in it all? Even if there was an alternative to punk rock, it would eventually be destroyed by some kids that wanna be “cool” and “different”. Shit…i’m the last real individual in texas…Fuck “punk rock”

Punk movement deserves all respect as possible. shopping mall punk bands with idiot faces as blink182, deserve death. Hang them all.
Punk music won?t die because it?s underground, there are a lot of people that give it life.
